Hearthstone Meta Report – August 5

Introduction

Welcome to On the Horizen, your one-stop-shop for everything to know about the current standard meta provided by members of the Hype Horizen team themselves! Every Friday you can expect a detailed report on the meta as a whole and some tips for how to maneuver through it. This will also be a hot spot for other articles written by team members. PLEASE NOTE: All information is based on personal experience + personal statistics gathered through many hours of competitive-level gameplay.

Meta Overview

This is the first Tier List to start the New Expansion. I would just like to start off by saying it is like the Old West right now and anything goes. HOWEVER, there are some very strong decks that stand out above the rest and will probably be strong for a while.

Again, this list is an early list, so please do not be mad at the low number of decks because I don’t want to recommend a deck that might be bad in 2 weeks or so. Hope you all enjoy

Decks

Here are the best decks to play right now and decks to have fun with.

Tier 1: Best decks in current meta, guaranteed playable in legend

Tier 2: Decks to climb the ranks

Tier 3: Can be used for climbing, but consider taking the risk

Tier 1 (VERY GOOD)

Closing Thoughts

Honestly, every single deck on this list is good to climb with. There are still things that might change down the line but these are the decks that are FOR SURE good. However, even the best decks might have some changes you need to make to them to refine them and make them the best possible. So these are just blueprints that are probably 80% done, but there is still room to grow.
