Introduction
Welcome to On the Horizen, your one-stop-shop for everything to know about the current standard meta provided by members of the Hype Horizen team themselves! Every Friday you can expect a detailed report on the meta as a whole and some tips for how to maneuver through it. This will also be a hot spot for other articles written by team members. PLEASE NOTE: All information is based on personal experience + personal statistics gathered through many hours of high-level gameplay.
Meta Overview
The Current Meta is in flux right now, due to the balance changes on Tuesday. While these decks may be seeing popularity now, they will most surely get mixed up while people discover other decks and cards that are effective, now that the core of the field has reduced efficiency. Aggressive decks also usually take a spot early on, so expect to see a few of those (like Face Hunter) doing well for time being.
Best Decks
This is a list of how some of the current decks stack up. Your results may vary, as the meta continues to settle and new decks are uncovered.
Tier 1: January 28 Hearthstone Meta
Tier 2: January 28 Hearthstone Meta
Tier 3: January 28 Hearthstone Meta
Tier 4: January 28 Hearthstone Meta
Conclusion
Now is the time to experiment. The above is certainly not an exhaustive list of viable decks. Don’t be afraid to try new things. Also be mindful of how things are settling. Watch some pros, we have a few here at Hype Horizen. Hopefully by next week the meta should be settling in. Thanks for tuning in.
