Introduction
Welcome to On the Horizen, your one-stop-shop for everything to know about the current standard meta provided by members of the Hype Horizen team themselves! Every Friday you can expect a detailed report on the meta as a whole and some tips for how to maneuver through it. This will also be a hot spot for other articles written by team members. PLEASE NOTE: All information is based on personal experience + personal statistics gathered through many hours of high-level gameplay.
Meta Overview
With the current expansion at its end it is interesting to look back at the current meta compared to the beginning. Many of the decks in the beginning of the expansion are still at the top, decks like OTK Demon Hunter, Miracle Rogue and Rush Warrior never really fell far from the top. We see some new decks rise up due to many nerfs throughout the expansion cycle, like Maly Druid, Anacondra Druid and Aggro Shaman. We also see some decks fall out of favor from nerfs like Control Priest, Token Druid, Spell Mage, and even all the different variants of Pally that used to be on top.
Best Decks
In the current meta there are a lot of decks that can have a great amount of success, most top tier decks can have pocket metas where they strive. A couple of my favorites right now are Miracle Rogue, Rush Warrior, Anacondra Druid and Maly Druid.

Closing Thoughts
If I am being completely honest with you I would not highly concern yourself with what the current meta is with being so close to the new expansion. I suggest playing whatever decks you enjoyed the most from the current expansion before they become terrible after the inevitable power creep. See you guys in the new expansion United in Stormwind.
