Scully joins HypeHorizen as a Hearthstone Battlegrounds player and creator. The HypeHorizen team is the largest group of Hearthstone players in the world and today we proudly announce Scully to the team.
How did you first learn of HypeHorizen?
I first learned of HypeHorizen when ATK Mode disbanded. The owner, Bemmie, mentioned HypeHorizen and recommended working with them.
What platform do you stream on and why?
I stream on Twitch, this is due to being a part of twitch for 4+ years with just under 250 followers. I have also reached affiliate.
How did you get into gaming?
I have always been interested in gaming, since I was a child, and began to collect consoles & games from a young age.
The first competitive game I played was Halo 3, with my most played game being World of Warcraft, at that time. I also played Yu-gi-oh competitively in locals and nationals, so once Blizzard announced a TCG based on Warcraft I was instantly hooked and have been an active player since BETA.
Do you have a gaming idol, someone in Esports or gaming you look up to?
My gaming idol must be Hunterace. 2018-2019 was my 1st year touring and competing in the HCT tours and to see such a young player not only win & place in 3 tours, but to go on to win Worlds was incredible to watch.
What is the best part about streaming?
I find it to be the community. The people I have met through streaming have been some of the best people I have had the pleasure of talking to & meeting!
How does being a streamer inspire you to do good?
As someone with a platform I have to inspire to do good in any way I can in any form I can such as charity streams or reaching out to someone in the community who needs help.
What games are you streaming? What do you enjoy about them?
My main game is Hearthstone, but I would also occasionally stream League of Legends for fun.
Who is your “Arch Nemesis?”
It must be the UK Hearthstone player, Meati. He has knocked me out to too many ESL UK finals to be forgiven.
Do you have a sidekick? If so, whom?
I do not! I’ve done co-streams in the past but haven’t found ‘the one’ just yet.
